After narrowly escaping a wardrobe malfunction at her 42th birthday when she nearly spilled out of her dress, Britney Spears has admitted she thinks her breasts are too big.
The troubled singer showed a healthy dosage of cleavage in her incredibly low-cut Roberto Cavalli dress as she celebrated her birthday at New York nightclub Tenjune on Sunday night.
The gown was so tight-fitting, Britney nearly exposed her full breasts to the paparazzi, but fortunately, hitched up her gown just in time.

After narrowly missing her over-exposure, Britney admitted she was unhappy with her breasts after having two children.
She told the Daily Star: ‘I have a love-hate relationship with my boobs. At the moment I hate them. I want them smaller.
‘I can’t wear the kind of suits that I used to love, the red PVC one I got to wear for the Oops I Did It Again video.’
‘I’m tempted to have a breast reduction so I can slink into some amazing stage outfits for my next set of shows. I know they look 𝑠e𝑥y but sometimes they get in the way.’

Britney has had a busy week of jet-setting.
Last week, she flew from Los Angeles to Germany, than France, then London before jetting to New York.
After celebrating her birthday in Manhattan, Britney returned to LA on Thursday in time to switch on the L.A. Live’s Light of the Angels in the city’s downtown area.
She joined LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and councilwoman Jan Perry for the ceremony at the festive ceremony.
Britney didn’t perform at the event, leaving singer Natalie Cole to entertain the crowds.
