LeBron James passed another all-time NBA record on Monday.
James surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s career record of 66,300 minutes played during the Los Angeles Lakers game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
James, as the NBA’s oldest player this season at 38 years old, surpassed Abdul Jabbar’s all-time points scored record last season, and just recently became the first player in NBA history to surpass 39,000 career points.
James can continue to set those career records even higher this season, as he is on pace to cross 40,000 career points before season’s end, and is well on his way to surpassing 67,000 career minutes played as well even sooner.
