This and more has led to accusations of anti-social behavior for Jens Lehmann, and he will face a psychiatric report for an antisocial personality disorder, according to German media outlet, Bild.

Lehmann made 200 appearances for Arsenal, keeping 54 Premier League clean sheets, during his five-year spell in North London.

The 53-year-old joined the Gunners from Borussia Dortmund on July 1, 2003, for a fee of €3.5 million.

Earlier in 2023, Jens Lehmann was indicted for going into his neighbor’s garage and shattering things with a chainsaw.

Dr Adam Ahmed, the criminal defense attorney who would also take charge of this case said:

“A court sees the need to obtain a psychiatric report and orders it in order to check guilt.”

He expressed that the actions of Lehmann imply a “suspected diagnosis of antisocial personality disorder”.

Adam added that Jen Lehmann’s actions showed that he “has little empathy for others and often disregards rules and norms.”

The former AC Milan goalie was handed multiple charges by the Munich II public prosecutor’s office in June 2023.

The awkward reason for Lehmann attacking his neighbor’s garage was due to it obstructing his view of Lake Starnberg in Bavaria.

Police in Bavaria, Germany have said that the incident was fully captured on a surveillance camera.

Additionally, Jens Lehmann has claimed not to be guilty of the allegations, but that is not the only offense he has been charged with.

Lehmann has also been accused of avoiding parking fees at Munich Airport on two occasions.

It has been alleged that the retired German goalkeeper drove out of the airport without paying for parking, even though the cost of parking was below £260.

In more troubling matters, Jens Lehmann also allegedly insulted officers on a separate occasion after he was caught making use of his phone whilst driving.

Lehmann also reacted angrily to law enforcement officers who tried to seize his driving license, having been slammed with a one-month driving ban for using his phone, while behind the steering wheel.

Reports indicate that he could face a suspended sentence, although a decision hasn’t been made on whether he would face trial or not.

The Essen-born goalkeeper has in the past been fined for both tax evasion, alongside his involvement in a hit-and-run accident.
