On Friday, Kim, 43, showed off the personal gym inside her massive $60m home in Los Angeles, California on her Instagram Stories.

In it, the star wore a beige sports bra and high-waisted black leggings while doing standing cable abductions.

Kim either had one hand on her hip or both hands on the heavy machinery while picking up weights with her leg.

The Skims founder also was wearing no shoes and had her hair up in a messy bun.

It didn’t take long for viewers to reshare the clip on other social media platforms.

Someone on X, formerly Twitter, shared the video: “I AM CRYING.”

“She looks like she’s in pain,” one replied to the post.

A second added: “No bc why do the trainers who work with the Kardashians never correct their form?? I don’t understand this. They be looking crazy on their show when they film their workout sessions and the trainer just stands there”

In a Reddit forum dedicated to the Kardashian/Jenner family, many fans had similar comments to the workout video.

The original poster of the thread said: “These personal trainers r scamming them!!! Her form is so bad cause the weight is too high . Regardless I find it so funny that they pay so much for these personal trainers and their forms is crazy bad and do wack a** exercises. Good for the personal trainers scamming them out of their money.”

In the series of videos, Kim declared it was “leg day” as she flaunted her lean figure in her workout attire of choice.

Kim’s abs were on full display as she lifted a barbell, did hamstring curls, completed a set of step-ups, added some hip thrusts, and ended with cable abductions.

The Kardashians star walked her followers through each phase of her routine, clarifying pointers from her trainer, Senada Greca.

Kim’s body looked slimmer than ever as her muscles were seen flexing throughout the entire gym sesh.

BACK IN THE GYM

To ring in the new year, Kim and her family jetted off to Utah to enjoy some fun in the snow.

However, the SKKN mogul got back in the gym.

In another workout video taken earlier this week, Kim lifted weighted barbell, looking slimmer than ever, especially when it came to her butt.

The Hulu personality flexed her back muscles as she leaned over, pulling the barbell up and down.

Since Kim sported a black sports bra, her sculpted arms and back were fully visible.
