Due to his limited screen time, there is almost no information available about his abilities. He definitely had Haki, but there is a strong possibility that he also possessed a Devil Fruit, and in 2024, Oda may finally reveal what kind of power Rocks had.

4. Kong’s Devil Fruit

Kong is currently serving as the Commander-in-Chief of the Marines. He was previously the Fleet Admiral, and he led the Marines 27 years prior to the story. Lafitte is a Devil Fruit user, and it gives him wings on the back of his body. The true potential of his Devil Fruit remains unclear, but with the Blackbeard Pirates getting more involved in the story, it is very likely that it will change.
