Being an important part of Marvel history, who has been a member of Excalibur is now set to gain the same recognition and become an integral part of the Marvel Universe, like Captain America and Iron Man. And Henry Cavill is reportedly being cast in the role.

Although nothing has been officially confirmed, Cavill is said to have reportedly accepted the offer. He is now set to reportedly star in a MI6/Excalibur Project. But according to fans, alongside his alleged role as Captain Britain, Cavill would also shatter MCU records as three other renowned superheroes.

One such example is the renowned comic book character Hercules. According to reports from different outlets, Cavill has been fan-cast in the role of the mighty hunk who is a part of the Avengers, as per comics.

Based on the mythological character of the same name, the Marvel character Hercules debuted during the Silver Age and he also became a part of the Avengers. Similar to Thor, who was a godly character, even Hercules was the strongest of the Olympian beings. Thus, considering his physicality and persona, fans believe Henry Cavill would be best suited for the role.
Henry Cavill Fan-Cast as Marvel’s Wolverine
The English actor Henry Cavill, who is famous for his roles as Superman and Geralt of Rivia, has been previously fan-cast in the role of Marvel’s Wolverine. Netizens believe his physique and acting prowess would be useful for the X-Men franchise’s fast-paced fight scenes.
Henry Cavill Would Shatter Records as Hyperion
Lastly, according to reports from CBR, Henry Cavill could easily take on the role of Hyperion in MCU. While the comic book character holds immense possibility, since he has been a villain and an Avenger at different times, the role seems perfect for Cavill. Further, given his experience in playing a character from an alternate Earth in DCEU, who joined the team of Justice League, Hyperion, who joins the Avengers, would be an easy take for the actor.

Considering that Hyperion is a notable character in his own right, with multiple incarnations of which many are equivalent to that of DC’s Superman, it’s a no-brainer that the English actor would be suitable for the role. Further, considering its various backstories, the actor would have enough to explore in the MCU.
