Spanish press reported that Kylian Mbappe has signed a contract with Real Madrid with a specific term to be revealed.
As the European press has reported for several days, striker Kylian Mbappe will be a Real Madrid player next season. There is now no doubt about the future of the France international, who will leave Paris Saint-Germain at the end of this season for the Spanish capital.
Most recently, Los Blancos-friendly newspaper Marca revealed more details about this famous transfer. Accordingly, they revealed that Mbappe signed a contract with Real Madrid in the early days of February . The contract term will be 5 years, allowing the club to own the captain of the French national team until the end of the summer of 2029.

The Spanish newspaper also said that this agreement helps Real Madrid be the more financially advantageous party. Because Mbappe’s salary when joining via transfer is large, but does not exceed the club’s payment limit.
However, Mbappe will certainly still be Real Madrid’s highest paid player from next season. The figure is around 15 to 20 million Euros in net annual salary before bonuses, but everything is still under control.
This number is much less than what Mbappe is receiving at PSG, specifically about 32 million Euros after taxes per season. In addition, it is also lower than the salary once offered by Real Madrid to the French striker in 2022, which is 26 million Euros/season after tax.
Finally, Marca also revealed that Mbappe’s signing bonus will not be as high as hundreds of millions of euros as rumored, but could be around 50 million euros.
