Soldier Boy reporting for duty!
Following the recent conclusion of Season 3, filming has already started on The Boys Season 4 and Jensen Ackles may have just teased his return as Soldier Boy.
Season 3 of The Boys ended with Jensen Ackles’ Soldier Boy back in the hands of the government, being put on ice yet again. The fact he survived the climactic events of the Season 3 finale was enough to suggest the series wasn’t done with Soldier Boy, but now Ackles may have confirmed it.
Karl Urban took to social media to reveal filming was underway on Season 4 of The Boys and Ackles left a comment that appears to hint Soldier Boy’s on his way back.
Soldier Boy’s Back For Round 2
Karl Urban shared a photo with co-star Jack Quaid on Instagram, revealing filming for The Boys Season 4 had started.
Commenting on the image, Jensen Ackles dropped a hint he’s on his way back to the twisted superhero series. The Soldier Boy actor simply wrote “Pour me a double…I’m on my way.” It certainly sounds like Ackles is getting ready to suit up again.
Jensen Ackles’ cryptic comment can be seen in the image below:
Following The Boys Season 3’s shocking revelation that Homelander was effectively Soldier Boy’s son, it looks like there could be some unfinished family business to resolve between the two corrupt superheroes when Season 4 begins. Jensen Ackles certainly sounds ready for Round 2.
