The property is adjacent to her mother Jenner’s home, in addition to a two-acre vacant plot owned by her sister Kim Kardashian. Kylie in 2019 plunked down $3.25 million on the lot next to her mother’s home.
Kris Jenner’s home comes in at 11,000 square feet, with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Among the amenities of the home include an infinity pool and a courtyard lined with cherry blossom trees.
The reality TV matriarch, 67, purchased the property for $12 million in 2018 through her Lou Ethel Wyatt Family Trust.
The Desert Sun reported at the time that the home was most ‘likely the most expensive single-family home to trade in the Coachella Valley since November 2016’ when the late Bob Hope’s estate was sold.
A property listing at the time advertised that the home ‘had a covered patio and sleek rectangular pool with views of the golf green and mountains, and a courtyard flanked by a pair of oversized outdoor fireplaces and trees with glowing leaves,’ according to the outlet.
Fans got a closer look at the stunning home when it was featured on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2019.
‘I knew my mom bought a gorgeous house in Palm Springs – I don’t think I imagined just how spectacular,’ Khloe Kardashian said in the episode, describing the home as ‘breathtaking.’
Kylie, who boasts more than 380 million followers on Instagram, was seen in a poolside bikini shot at the abode
