Blaze’s Mom Pulls Out All The Stops To Bring Her Daughter To A Full Stop

General Hospital (GH) spoilers report Natalia (Eva LaRue) didn’t hold back when she barged into Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) office at Deception and co-opted the entire meeting between the male-up mavens and Blaze (Jacqueline Lopez).

Deferring to her mother was the least Blaze felt she could do in that situation — an uncomfortable one she wasn’t expecting to have, much less in front of Maxie, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

Settling on two Faces of Deception may be a win for the company in the end, but is it really a win for Blaze? Before her mom arrived on site, she was ready to sign the contract to be the sole face and spokesmodel they wanted.

Did her mom present points Blaze actually agreed with, or did she just back down in the face of the bully she loves insisting upon it?

General Hospital Spoilers — Old Habits Die Hard

Blaze is trying hard to let go of the way she has lived her life in the past, including letting her mother railroad the deals she makes and controlling her career.

While Blaze looked surprised when her mother burst into the office making comments about tearing up the contract before she had even seen it, the pop star didn’t speak up to defend herself or her newly proposed business partners.

Instead, she let her mother take center stage and bulldoze every word of the discussion that happened before she entered the room. At what point will Blaze garner some gumption and tell her mom the rest of the truth about how she really feels?

GH Spoilers – Hint Natalia Always Gets Her Way

So far, not many fans are fans of Blaze’s mom. The starlet seems to exude confidence when her mom isn’t around.

But enter Natalia and all bets are off. It’s as though Natalia walking into the room, in this circumstance, literally stole the oxygen from Blaze’s lungs.

She could barely speak up for herself, and more or less spoke up for her mother as she took note of the looks on everyone else’s faces and read the room. But is she really in agreement with her mother?

General Hospital Spoilers — Not This Time?

Rumor has it a discussion with Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) will go a long way in helping Blaze to come further out of her shell and cut the professional ties that bind her to her mother.

That’s going to leave Natalia feeling like she has completely lost control of her daughter, which is — ironically — just what Blaze wants and needs. She’s ready to branch out on her own and be her own mind, but will Natalia make it as easy as saying so?

What do you think? Let us know what you’re expecting to transpire between this mother and daughter, and keep checking back for more GH news and spoilers.
