Ava Jerome Isn’t Aligned With Valentin Cassadine Yet, But She Will Be

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal fans have been mystified with Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) behavior lately. She’s been acting quite shady when it comes to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and has purposely tried to alienate him from those who he is closest to.

While she knows his bipolar meds have been tampered with, instead of telling him, it’s almost like she prefers him being in the dark.

She claims that she wants to get to the bottom of who is behind this all, but when Ava finds this out, will she end up deciding to betray the mob boss?

General Hospital Spoilers – Why Is Ava Jerome So Obsessed With Sonny Corinthos?

GH spoilers note that Ava and Sonny have gotten closer. While they’ve always been on opposite sides of the fence, as of late, they’ve bonded over the need to protect their daughter, Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola).

In the meantime, it seems as if Ava has developed feelings for Sonny. For once, she’s not on the outside looking into his world, she’s directly in his orbit.

As the two are playing “house” together with Avery, maybe she is not being shady, rather, she simply wants to be Sonny’s “go-to” person, and in order to do this, she must alienate everyone else from his life.

Ava may not only want to be Sonny’s closest confident, but the woman in his life. She’s mentioned how great it’s been watching Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) struggle with not being in “the know”; maybe Ava wants to replace Carly in Sonny’s world, on all fronts?

GH Spoilers – The Natalia Rogers-Ramirez Factor

Sonny and Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue) are becoming good friends. But could something more happen? During the Monday, May 6 episode, Sonny invited Natalia to his penthouse, and Ava wasn’t overly happy with it all.

While Ava and Sonny have gotten close to locking lips and possibly doing more, Sonny has nicely stopped things.

He may realize that going down that road isn’t fair to Avery, and it’s not something he wants to explore, despite the fact that he appreciates Ava’s friendship and recent loyalty.

Natalia coming into Sonny’s life will rub Ava the wrong way. She may even try to do something to stop it by setting Natalia up to look like a traitor.

Ava and Sonny may also clash over his friendship with Natalia, which could also have Ms. Jerome seeking revenge against the mob boss.

She may feel used for “being there for him” all this time, only for Natalia to saunter in and steal his heart.

Ava could get to the bottom of Sonny’s tampered meds and that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is behind it all; however, instead of outing Valentin, could she decide to align with him to bring Sonny down?
