Diddy highlighted the value of a golf cart for getting around Star Island, mentioning that while you can walk, it’s more convenient to drive. He also teased Rick Ross about the noise and parties he often threw at his Promise Land estate in Georgia, playfully warning him against holding similar gatherings on Star Island.

Diddy humorously asserted, “No parties, no pool parties. I’m the head of the committee, I didn’t do any of this. It’s a gentle way to remind Rick Ross to respect the privacy and exclusivity of the neighborhood.

Rick Ross has signed a contract to purchase the Star Island property for a whopping $37 million. Although the deal won’t be finalized for a few weeks, the 40,000-square-foot beachfront property is expected to be renovated to suit Rozay’s tastes. The mansion has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, an entertainment room, a summer kitchen and other luxurious amenities.
