Travis Kelce, who is rumored to be Taylor Swift‘s boyfriend, attended her recent Buenos Aires show, causing quite a stir amongst fans. Numerous videos surfaced online, including footage of Kelce, 34, and Swift, 33, sharing a post-show kiss, a humorous interaction between the NFL player and the singer’s father Scott Swift, and adorable clips of Kelce cheering on the “Anti-Hero” hitmaker as she performed over 40 songs.
These fan videos from the South American leg of the record-breaking “Eras Tour” have garnered significant attention on social media.
In one viral TikTok video, Taylor is seen singing and dancing on stage while performing her track “Vigilante Sh-t,” which as fans know, features sultry choreography. A fan’s camera then pans to Travis in the Argentinean venue’s VIP tent, who can be seen smiling and singing along. Scott, Taylor’s dad, then leans over and whispers something in the athlete’s ear and he begins laughing before the video ends. Due to the dance’s suggestive nature, some fans think that Scott whispered to Travis that this song “wasn’t his favorite” or wasn’t one that he “would be watching.”
Fans Swoon Over Travis Kelce Supporting Taylor Swift During Her Buenos Aires Show
While Swifties aren’t exactly sure what was said here, they can’t stop sharing and resharing the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s reactions to her dancing, singing and any glimpses of Travis and Taylor together that were captured throughout the night.
In another highly viewed moment, Taylor changed a lyric from her song, “Karma” to reference Travis and their blossoming relationship. As fans know, one lyric in the song is as follows: “karma is the guy on the screen coming straight home to me.” During this very concert, audience members shot Taylor singing “karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me.”
As countless clips and videos show, Travis had a huge smile on his face after hearing the lyric change, covering his face with his hands in shock, then seemingly blushing, as some have pointed out on TikTok. Scott even reacted with surprise, turning to Travis and grabbing his arm with excitement.
Travis and Taylor also made headlines with a very public kiss after her show. After the show concluded, the “Lavender Haze” crooner dashed towards Travis and passionately kissed him, an event captured on camera and subsequently spread widely on social media. Fans, of course, had a lot to say about the concert.
“His reaction is SO CUTE!!!!!” one wrote on TikTok after Travis smiled following Taylor’s “Karma” lyric change. Another added: “I have watched this 45 times and still cry every time” after seeing the duo’s kiss. Someone else commented: “I can’t get enough of these videos.”
During their time together in Argentina, Taylor and Travis seemingly made the most of every moment. Travis arrived in Buenos Aires on November 10th, and while Taylor had a series of three shows scheduled from November 9th to 11th, her November 10th performance was postponed due to unfavorable weather conditions.
Despite this setback, Travis and Taylor were seen leaving the Four Seasons’ restaurant Elena on the evening of the rescheduled show. In the November 15th episode of their podcast, New Heights, Travis shared the details of his outing with Taylor to his brother Jason Kelce.
“It was the first night I was there. Really the only night we had a chance to go to dinner was the night the show got postponed,” Travis said.
“So we didn’t want to just go and have a blast throughout the city like we didn’t care about the show, so we made sure we stayed in the hotel and kind of kept to ourselves.” Travis shared with his brother about their dinner together, providing evidence that the couple did in fact have an opportunity to enjoy a meal together.
“We got some good food, man,” Travis shared. “Had some empanadas and steak. They’re big on all the different cuts of meat.” In another social media post, the singer’s father, Scott, was seen exiting the restaurant with Travis and his daughter.
Travis further validated that he had shared a meal with her father on the day prior to the event. He playfully taunted his sibling, revealing that he had successfully convinced Scott to switch loyalties from being a Philadelphia Eagles fan to wearing a Kansas City Chiefs lanyard.
“Man, I might have persuaded him at dinner the night before when I met him,” Travis joked. “Maybe? Who knows.” In the episode, Jason teased and pressed his brother for further information about his excursion to Argentina.
He made a playful allusion to Taylor’s song “Labyrinth,” which she performed during her November 9th show as a surprise song for the audience. The lyrics of the song notably mention “falling in love again.”
