A young African lady named Marlene Chiedza Gadzirayi has emerged as one of the Top 5 students of the University of Sussex, United Kingdom after she bagged her master’s degree with distinctions.
Marlene is a Zimbabwe native who bagged her master’s degree in Management and Finance with distinction at the University of Sussex, United Kingdom. She shared her achievement of bagging the degree stating that her journey at the university was amazing.
”Delighted to announce that I’ve achieved a distinction in MSc Management and Finance from the University of Sussex. This journey has been amazing and has imprinted an indelible mark in my life,” she said.
Marlene mentioned that the academic journey made a significant and lasting impact on her life. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Bindura University of Science, Zimbabwe before she proceeded to the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe.
Marlene earned a Master of Business Administration at the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe before she went on to obtain another master’s at the Univesity of Sussex.
She enrolled at the University of Sussex to study for her master’s through the prestigious United Kingdom Chevening Scholarship. Marlene mentioned that she attained a distinction in her business analysis report and an overall distinction in her master’s.
She stated that she is not only excited to earn a distinction but elated to have received an email from the head of the University of Sussex Business School, congratulating her for being in the top 5% in her class.
Marlene expressed her gratitude to the Chevening Awards for the scholarship that enabled her to study for her masters in the United Kingdom.
