Jungkook said he was inspired when he met singer Usher and shaved his head. The male singer will enlist next week.

On the evening of December 5, four BTS members including RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook held their last live broadcast before enlisting in the army next week.

V and Jungkook revealed new hairstyles to prepare for their military enlistment. Initially, Jungkook hid his new look with a hood, but at the end of the livestream, the male idol ran across the screen, revealing his spiky hairstyle.

The male singer born in 1997 revealed that he was inspired and shaved his head early after a business trip to meet Usher. V said he was shocked when he had a video call with Jungkook because he cut it too short.

As the last solo member, Jungkook is the one who has achieved the most success among the 7 BTS members. The singer born in 1997 is praised by domestic and international media as a talented pop music superstar. Since July, Jungkook has released the hit song  Seven  , which has broken global music charts, the single  3D  and the album  Golden,  creating many “unprecedented” records for Kpop stars in particular and Asian stars in general. .

Many fans expressed regret because the male singer enlisted too early when his career was at its peak. As a cultural medal winner, Jungkook has the right to postpone military service until age 30. Thus, Jungkook still has 4 more years until his military service is due, but he chose to complete it early.

This choice is decided based on the personal wishes of Jungkook and the BTS members. The group wants to reunite in 2025, continuing musical activities after all seven members complete their military service.

“I debuted solo, learned and matured a lot. I know my fans have been waiting for my album since three years ago, so thank you everyone for waiting. The fans’ waiting made me work harder and be more successful… We wanted to reunite quickly so we chose to enlist together. I miss the moments performing on stage with BTS, waiting for the day of reunion” – Jungkook confided.

The male singer revealed that he had prepared many surprises before enlisting and hoped that fans would look forward to it.
