It appears Taylor Swift may have taken up a sweet nickname for her man as the love story between the popstar and Travis Kelce continues to flourish.

The singer, 33, was spotted in a viral clip on X rooting for Kelce, 34, from a VIP suite appearing to yell, ‘Come on Trav.’

Swift, who recently finished the South America leg of her Eras Tour, screamed Kelce’s nickname while cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs with Brittany Mahomes on December 3 when they went against the Green Bay Packers.

Although fans have been delighted to see Swift’s nickname for Kelce, it may not be surprising to people who listen to the NFL player’s podcast New Heights.

Kelce revealed during an episode last week that he had already given Swift a nickname – Tay.

The reveal occurred after Kelce’s NFL brother Jason praised the Chiefs’ team member for becoming the fastest tight end to reach 11,000 receiving yards.

She and Mahomes color coordinated with their outfits and social media questioned if she chose that red coat for reasons other than cold weather

Jason also pointed out that Swift had reacted to his brother’s accomplishment by liking a congratulatory Instagram post created by the Chiefs.

Swift’s boyfriend couldn’t help but smile, and while giving a huge grin, he said, ‘Thanks, Tay – I appreciate you on the Chiefs page supporting.’

The Packers were in the lead throughout the game in Green Bay and went on to beat the Chiefs 27-19.

The Chiefs’ next game will be against the Buffalo Bills in Kansas City this Sunday.

Social media has had mixed reactions toward the nickname from people supporting the pair to thinking there’s too much coverage on their relationship

Swift and Kelce’s relationship became highly publicized in September after the singer appeared at the Chiefs-Chicago Bears game, which drew in nearly 24.3 million viewers.

The footballer even purchased a new home in a gated community in Kansas City due to fan and paparazzi presence concerns following the news of their relationship.

After Swift seemingly revealed her nickname for Kelce, X users showed their support for and Mahome’s blossoming friendship online.

‘Who cares if they are yelling .. wearing the same things. Its their business, let them be. They are showing support for Taylor’s boyfriend,’ one X user tweeted.

Others asked about her wardrobe, joked about the Chiefs loss to the Packers, and even tweeted that the news coverage of Swift and Kelce’s relationship ‘wore us out.’

Keir Starmer declares war on benefits Britain: Prime Minister vows to crack down on £137billion welfare ‘blight’

Sir Keir Starmer today pledges to crack down hard on the ‘bulging benefits bill blighting our society’ as he tries to steal the Tories’ political clothes over abuses of the welfare system. The Prime Minister uses an article in today’s Mail on Sunday to promise ‘sweeping changes’ to try to tame the £137 billion bill for welfare benefits – including a blitz on cheats and those who ‘game the system’ – vowing: ‘No more business as usual.’ His most hardline comments yet on the issue come as Work and Pensions Secretary Liz Kendall prepares to announce a package of legislation on Tuesday to ‘get Britain working’, after officials forecast that more than four million people will be claiming long-term sickness benefits by 2030 – 60 per cent higher than before the pandemic.
