For people and especially children in Ohio this year, their Christmas will become even more special with the appearance of a special Santa Claus – Piccolo, a character in the Dragon Ball manga.

A comic book fan and also the police chief of a small town for more than 15 years – Michael Wilson brought joy to many families this Christmas when he appeared at the grocery store. Play TOYS R US with Piccolo costumes and pay off everyone’s layaway orders.\

If you don’t know, layaway is a quite special form of purchase in the US, the buyer will not pay immediately but pay in installments gradually. It is known that police chief Michael Wilson went to the TOYS R US store in a Piccolo costume and paid all of the store’s Layaway debts to everyone. Afterwards, he posted his photo on Facebook with the status line: “Surely many people will be very happy to know that their purchase debt has been paid by Piccolo.”
