Beyoncé and her family did not arrive inside the 1,010-seat Samuel Goldwyn Theater until ‘the lights were dimmed’ and ‘an announcer reminded guests that no photos or video recordings were allowed’ – according to Variety.

The 32-time Grammy winner, James B. Merryman, and Mark Ritchie co-directed Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, which hits US/UK theaters on December 1.
‘It accentuates the journey of Renaissance World Tour from its inception to the opening in Stockholm, Sweden to the finale in Kansas City, Missouri,’ the official logline read.

The ninth concert tour, supporting Beyoncé’s seventh studio album, grossed an eye-popping $579.8M in ticket sales.
Other celebrity guests included Laverne Cox, Tyler Perry, Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, Gabrielle Union, Halle Bailey, Chloe Bailey, Winnie Harlow, as well as former members of Destiny’s Child – Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, LaTavia Roberson, and LeToya Luckett.
Notably missing on Saturday was 12-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift, whom Knowles-Carter had sweetly supported at the October 11th world premiere of her own rock-doc Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour held at LA’s AMC The Grove 14.
The 33-year-old pop star brought her 151-date The Eras Tour to São Paulo, Brazil where she’s scheduled to perform until Sunday.
The Oscar-nominated songwriter signed an AMC Theatres distribution deal similar to Taylor’s where she’ll receive over 50% of box office grosses, according to Variety.
Beyoncé – who gets 46.4M monthly listeners on Spotify – is next scheduled to attend the world premiere of Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, which will take place at a mystery venue in London this Thursday.
