BLACKPINK and One Direction are the only two groups in history to have achieved this record on France’s Official SNEP singles chart

The Trade Body of the French music industry, SNEP, reported the overwhelming demand in sales and streaming generated by BLACKPINK Jennie’s hit “You & Me” in the country.

The song managed to position itself at number 117 ont he SNEP singles chart, becoming the Highest Debut song by a K-Pop Female Soloist in 2023 and joining Lisa’s Money as the Highest Debut song by a K-pop female Soloist in the history of the chart.

Jennie has joined PSY, Rosé, Lisa, Jisoo, Jimin, Jin, and Jungkook as the only Kpop Solo Artists to date to have managed to enter at least one song on the SNEP Top Singles Chart.

In this way, BLACKPINK once again expands their advantage over other K-pop groups since they have just joined the legendary “One Direction” as the Only Groups in history where all their respective members have entered the France’s Official SNEP singles chart as soloists.
