Jennifer, 49, flaunted her incredibly toned body in a sports bra and leggings – with her engagement ring – while the former professional baseball player, 43, covered up in a hoodie and sweats.

On Sunday, Alex took to Instagram to announce their engagement, as he said ‘she said yes’ alongside a close up image of the incredible diamond engagement ring.

However soon after, former professional baseball player Jose Canseco took to Twitter to accuse Alex of allegedly having an affair with his ex-wife Jessica Canseco.

‘Watching World of Dance watching J.Lo text Alex Rodriguez little does she know that he is cheating on her with my ex-wife Jessica poor girl she has no idea who he really is,’ he tweeted and offered to take a polygraph test to affirm his accusations.

However, Jessica denied the affair on Twitter; She insisted she has not seen Alex in five years and wrote: ‘I certainly did not sleep with him.’

Jose stuck to his story this Wednesday in a string of tweets, sharing a link to an article about Jessica’s denial and lambasting her.

He railed that ‘you lied to defend that piece of s*** Jessica I told you to not open up that can of worms time to polygraph and tell the truth now.’

Striking a gentler tone, he wrote: ‘Jennifer Lopez I hear you’re a very good person I am sorry you are caught up in the middle of this but the truth has to be told.’

Then he was back to being confrontational, demanding: ‘Alex Rodriguez I challenge you to a polygraph are you man enough to face me.’

Jose added: ‘Remember when you told me you were man’s man Alex show me now how much of a man you really are face the truth face a polygraph.’

He concluded: ‘Alex since you are a man’s man why don’t you contact me and we’ll talk about it face-to-face you know how to reach me.’

J-Rod have yet to publicly address Jose’s tweets, but an Us Weekly source has said that Jennifer is disregarding them because of her faith in Alex’ fidelity.

”Our team of gemologists and diamond PhD’s estimate the emerald-cut diamond is 20 carats and worth around $4.5 million. This estimate is if the stone is D-Flawless. Since it’s A-Rod, it very well could be!’ Ajay said.
