“She’s one of the most prepared people I’ve ever worked with,” Roberts said of Kardashian
Emma Roberts loves Kim Kardashian just as much as the rest of us.
At the premiere of Feud: Capote vs. The Swans on Tuesday, the actress, 32, reminisced about working with Kardashian on American Horror Story: Delicate. She told Extra that the SKIMS founder, 43, was an impressive costar.
“She’s amazing, she’s a pro,” Roberts said. “She’s one of the most prepared people I’ve ever worked with and she’s just chill. I love her so much.”
Roberts also opened up about her favorite parts of working with AHS creator Ryan Murphy — whom she was at the premiere to support — telling the outlet he is “the best.”
“Ryan has an idea of everything down to the detail of your shoes, so I love working with him because he doesn’t do just one thing,” she explained. “He creates entire worlds and takes concepts on paper that sound like one thing and ‘Ryan Murphafies’ them.”
Roberts added that her favorite character she has played on the show is Madison Montgomery. Originally, Roberts was only supposed to take the role for seasons 3 and 4, but she also ended up resurrecting Madison in season 8.
“That was really fun and unexpected,” she said. “I was only supposed to do a few episodes and that evolved into something else.”

Kardashian appears in season 12 of the hit series as Siobhan Walsh, a publicist who is urging Roberts’ character Anna to stray away from her hope to be a mother and focus on becoming a famous actress.
In one scene, Siobhan presses Anna, “Do you want an Oscar? Do you want it as much as a baby?” while another person says, “I don’t understand the urge to create an unnecessary child who feeds on your body.”

Throughout the five episodes, Roberts’ character becomes “hysterical” as her dreams turn into a nightmare.
At the time of the announcement of Kardashian joining the cast, Murphy gushed over the reality star’s upcoming role. “Kim is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family,” Murphy, 57, shared in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.
When the show premiered in September, many critics saw Kardashian as fitting for the part.
“You feel like Kim is channeling her mom-anager Kris Jenner in an homage,” wrote Deadline editorial director and box office editor Anthony D’Alessandro. “She’s perfect for the part.”
USA Today entertainment reporter Patrick Ryan asserted that Kardashian “cleverly leans into that Valley girl persona” in this new role.
“Kardashian’s acting skills may be more People’s Choice than Emmy-worthy,” he wrote. “But like American Horror Story alums Jessica Lange and Lady Gaga before her, she’s the only one so far to deliver on the season’s high-camp potential.”
