Liam Neeson plays skilled assassin Alex Lewis, who is known for his deft precision. Trapped in a moral quagmire, Alex is forced to kill the individuals who hired him before they and FBI agent Vincent Serra (Guy Pearce) discover him first. He also refuses to finish a mission that goes against his code. Although Alex is bred for retribution, his failing memory forces him to second-guess everything he does, making it harder for him to distinguish between good and wrong.
