How to Make the Heart’s Drink: A Heart-Healthy Recipe

  3. Peel the garlic, cut up the lemons, and put them in a blender. Blend until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pot and add 1 liter of water. Stir well.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once it starts boiling, remove it from heat and strain the liquid.
  6. Transfer the liquid into clean bottles and refrigerate.

Incorporating the Heart’s Drink Into Your Routine

Now that you have your heart-healthy potion ready, follow these steps to add it to your daily life:

  • Leave a gap of at least two hours between each meal or drink, but no more than two hours.
  • Follow this schedule for a total of 25 days.
  • After 25 days, pause the treatment for 10 days, then resume.
  • If necessary, you can repeat the 25-day treatment cycle for a third time after a 10-day break.
