Timothée Chalamet – the first man to appear alone on the cover of British Vogue magazine

Timothée Chalamet has become the first man to appear solo on the cover of British Vogue in the magazine’s 106-year history.

British Vogue editor-in-chief Edward Enninful said he had been waiting for “the moment that felt right” to have a man on the cover and added that he wanted it to feel “easy”.

Enninful describes the 26-year-old actor as “a modern man, an actor and a human being” who is exceptional and has what it takes to appear on the cover of Vogue alone.

“When we started talking about the possibilities of this cover a few months ago, it immediately became clear that Timothée is just Timothée,” said the editor-in-chief of British Vogue.
