As expected, the Phoenix Suns will have two players on Team USA for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Kevin Durant and Devin Booker are among the 11 players ESPN reported are on the men’s final roster. Durant and Booker were teammates when Team USA won gold in 2021 in Tokyo.
Lakers forward LeBron James, Warriors guard Stephen Curry, Celtics forward Jayson Tatum, 76ers center Joel Embiid, Lakers big Anthon Davis, Heat forward Bam Adebayo, Celtics guard Jrue Holiday, Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton and Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards also will be on the team.

That makes 11 total players with one slot open on a 12-man roster. The Lakers, Suns and Celtics each have two players on the team.

Durant, the all-time leading scorer for Team USA men in Olympic competition, has three Olympic gold medals. Durant, Booker, Tatum, Adebayo and Holiday were on the USA squad that won gold in Tokyo.
Haliburton and Davis were on the Team USA team that didn’t medal in the 2023 World Cup. This Olympic roster is a response to that disappointment as James called upon the NBA players to play in Paris.
Warriors coach Steve Kerr is Team USA’s head coach. Team USA announced its 41-man player pool back in January that USA Basketball men’s national team managing director Grant Hill selected.
The 2024 Paris Olympics is from July 26 to August 11.
