Taylor Swift put on a dazzling display as she arrived at the NSAI’s 2022 Nashville Songwriter Awards held at the Ryman Auditorium in Tennessee on Tuesday night.

Swift has been named this year’s ‘Songwriter-Artist of the Decade,’ a coveted award determined by an artist’s cumulative songwriting success between 2010 and 2019.

The 32-year-old songstress is the first female musician to receive the honor.

For the ceremony, the 32-year-old singer slipped into a sparkling black sequin Michael Kors Collection gown with a 𝑠e𝑥y stomach cut-out.

Swift’s history-making ‘Songwriter-Artist of the Decade’ award puts her among the likes of previous winners Toby Keith (2000-2009) and Vince Gill (1990-1999).

Swift has also received the NSAI’s Songwriter of the Year gong a total of seven times from 2007 to 2015 which is a record-breaking feat.

According to the NSAI, a decade award recipient’s songwriting success within the designated timespan is determined by ‘calculating the percentage of songwriting credit in a Nashville-associated song and tracking each song’s performance on a week to week basis in the Top 20 of the Billboard Country Airplay Chart, Billboard Pop Songs Chart, Billboard Christian Airplay Chart or Billboard Rock Airplay Chart.

‘For the “Songwriter-Artist of the Decade” award, there is the additional requirement that they must be the recording artist as well as a credited songwriter of the song for points to count.’
