Russell Wilson expressed his admiration for his wife, Ciara, while celebrating her 36th birthday in a post that was shared to his Instagram account on Tuesday.
The 33-year-old professional football player shared several images in his post, all of which showed him getting close to, and in many cases, locking lips with the Grammy-winning singer.
The Denver Broncos quarterback also penned a lengthy message to illustrate the love he felt for Ciara on her special day.
Wilson began his statement by writing: ‘God blessed the world on this day with you. I love you so much.’
The professional athlete went on to express that his wife served as his constant source of inspiration.
‘You inspire the world! Every morning your mission is to make the world a better place and you have a perfect score,’ he said.

The Denver Broncos team member then encouraged his spouse to ‘Keep Shining.’
He added: ‘Thank you everyday for loving me, encouraging me, and joining forces with me everyday to do what God called us to do! That’s to LOVE & SERVE.’

The happy couple initially met during a basketball game in 2015, and they began dating that same year.
The two went on to become engaged in 2016, and they tied the knot that July.

The professional athlete also serves as a stepfather to her older son Future, aged eight, whom his wife shares with the rapper of the same name.
