Taylor Swift is many things to many people – one of the world’s biggest ever musicians, a style icon, and now even a voice for progressive politics.
She’s also got a fine eye for property, amassing a portfolio that TopTenRealEstateDeals.com estimates to be worth $81 million.
In fact, she has two Beverley Hills mansions.
One of those Taylor added to her collection in 2015.
The Samuel Goldwyn mansion, named for the legendary film producer, boasts a staggering price at $25 million, with Taylor opting to honour the property’s legacy by restoring it to its original state.
Since, it’s even been declared a landmark – after Taylor appealed to local government – meaning it can’t get knocked down or undergo a major conversion.

That’s right – Taylor Swift’s house is a landmark.
Of course, it’s one alongside her New York and Nashville homes – and perhaps London, if reports are to be believed – but its no less impressive.
The interior definitely reveals its original 1930s style, wood panelling on most walls, large bookcases or fire places dominating most rooms.

The bedroom is insanely large, an enormous bed at the centre, three floor to ceiling windows looking out into the ground and three separate sofas dotting the room.
The pool looks guest-ready, tables for six and several sun loungers sitting underneath parasols.
The lead up to the house is the most impressive part – flanked by greenery, guests are met by a great oak door and a porch propped up by columns.

Her second Beverly Hills property, while not a landmark, is equally impressive.
Country girl Taylor clearly feels at home in this rustic, secluded pad.
It’s maintained a mostly white facade with classic fencing, as well as steps beside the house leading to a higher spot in the hills where she can get a picturesque view of LA.

Out back is a pool – because which LA-based celeb doesn’t have a pool? – with the perimeter dotted by furniture and sun loungers.
If Taylor – or her squad – don’t like the heat, they can retire indoors, where floor to ceiling windows still let the light streaming in.
The decor is noticeable more modern that the exterior, with leather furniture, glass tables, and a minimalist feel.

Meanwhile, her Nashville pad is the most modern of the lot, while her Tribeca (New York) flat has the feel of a studio apartment.
