And Kate Hudson revealed she gets her passion for exercise from her youthful mother as she shared video of Goldie Hawn, 74, working out.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, the 43-year-old actress reposted a video of her mum as she penned: ‘Does it get any cuter…?! I can’t #momknowsbest #mindupmonday.’

Goldie looked incredible in the video as she showcased her toned figure in a skintight black unitard.
Displaying her fitness levels, she performed some yoga moves and bounced around on a mini trampoline while also showcasing her fun side by using wine bottles as weights.
The mother-of-three was demonstrating the benefits of exercise to her 3.4 million Instagram followers, noting that ‘physical exercise can help boost our mood, concentration, and also help us achieve a positive outlook on life.’

Goldie and Kate have always had a very close relationship, and in a recent interview with E! News, Kate revealed that she doesn’t want to surpass her mother’s acting career.
‘Contrary to how I guess it seems from the outside in, for me, our family is much more focused on emulating who we are as people,’ she explained.
‘There’s no emulating mama’s career. She’s an original. She’s an icon. It’s a different generation.’

However, the Almost Famous star admitted she does like to ’emulate’ Goldie’s incredible balance as a mother and actress, noting: ‘I do really like to emulate the things she brought to her career and to us as kids, and how she balanced that out.’
Goldie shares Kate and son Oliver, 46, with second husband Bill Hudson, and son Wyatt, 36, with her longterm partner Kurt Russell.
Meanwhile Kate is mother to Ryder, 18, who she shares with The Black Crowe’s Chris Robinson, 11-year-old Bingham, who she shares with Muse musican Matt Bellamy and Rani Rose, four, with with her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa.
