Back in 2021, a horrifying single-car wreck left Tiger Woods on the verge of losing his right leg.
Woods, who admitted after the accident that amputation was ‘on the table,’ typically has worn a leg sleeve during events and public appearances since.
On Monday, however, a fan attending the U.S. Junior Amateur in Michigan snapped a picture of the 15-time major champion walking around the historic Oakland Hills Country Club without a sleeve on his right leg.
The photo, posted by blakebunkersgolf on Instagram, is turning heads in the golf world on Monday.
“The big cat was prowling around Oakland Hills like he owned the place. What a great day,” blakebunkersgolf captioned the post.

Woods, 48, flew to the Detroit area shortly after missing the cut at the 152nd Open Championship in order to join his son, Charlie, at this week’s U.S. Junior Amateur.
The new image of Woods without a leg sleeve appears to be the first to emerge since 2022.
