The information that Lisa (BLACKPINK) is being murdered in China is causing confusion among the Kpop fan community
On November 1, about 1 month after Lisa performed at the famous strip club in France – Crazy Horse, Lisa’s Weibo page and large fan station LalisaHouse “disappeared”. In China, the deletion of a celebrity’s account and fanclub is considered the starting point of the “assassination” campaign in the country of billions of people.
According to Xports News Korea, when accessing Lisa’s account on Weibo, a message will appear: “Can no longer be viewed because it violates the laws and regulations related to the Weibo Community Agreement.”
Lisa’s Weibo account and the fanclub were “discolored” and suspected of being banned
It is known that the China Manufacturing Industry Association prohibits the promotion of obscene and vulgar performances, as well as criminal acts such as gambling, drugs and violence – as a matter of maintaining human dignity . This further increases the suspicion that Lisa became an artist who was “banned” in the Chinese market because of her sensitive performance in Crazy Horse.
Notably, Lisa’s image on the official Weibo accounts of the high-end fashion brands she is the global ambassador for, CELINE and BVLGARI, has disappeared without a trace. Even CEO JC Babin of the BVLGARI brand also took action to hide/delete posts related to the youngest member Blackpink on Instagram.
There are no more posts and photos of Lisa on the Weibo accounts of the 2 brands for which she is an ambassador

Although it cannot be confirmed whether Lisa was murdered in China or not, Lisa is certainly suffering significant damage even though she is not officially active in China. It’s hard to deny that Lisa has an extremely large number of Chinese fans – people who “balance” the revenue of Lisa’s comebacks or solos.
The fact that Lisa always leads BLACKPINK’s album sales, from The Album to BORN PINK, owes a great deal to the strong fanbar in China. During her solo promotion alone, Lisa’s Chinese fans sold more than 900,000 copies despite tightening regulations, helping Lisa bring home a sales record in 2021. Not only that, Chinese fans are also famous for spending to buy luxury gifts or carry out projects to support Lisa.
It can be seen that Lisa’s performance at Crazy Horse nightclub left many consequences. Perhaps when deciding to perform here, the only thing Lisa thought of was to discover and honor the type of French art and culture that is considered to support feminism. However, Lisa certainly would not have been able to predict that this decision would put her in a difficult position and there would certainly be many difficulties ahead if she was removed from the big market.
