Dwayne Johnson isn’t called ‘The Rock’ for no reason.
The superstar, 47, who’s known for his massive muscles, revealed how he keeps up his physique by posting a video on Friday displaying the new gym he built on his farm in Virginia.
Calling the room an ‘iron paradise,’ Johnson gave fans a look inside the impressive structure.

‘My family we are proud residents of the state of Virginia, as well as the state of Georgia,’ Johnson started the video saying as he walked around outside in a tank top.
He then told his 150 million followers that he wanted to show them the iron paradise…. or ‘country iron paradise,’ which he corrected himself to say in the clip, that he built.
The Rock went on to explain that much of Virginia’s land is protected because of the Civil War, meaning it can’t be built on, but the structure he put his gym on already existed so he was able to.

Johnson then opened the door to the building saying, ‘Gotta have a stainless steel door if you’re building a gym in the country.’
He then stepped into the space, revealing dozens of workout machines with country music playing in the background.
Hung up above all the equipment was an American flag, further bringing home the patriotic theme.

The actor recently just starred in Fast & furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, which follows Lawman Luke Hobbs (Dwayne) and outcast Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) as they form an unlikely alliance when a cyber-genetically enhanced villain threatens the future of humanity, according to IMDb.
The buddy cop action comedy was directed by David Leitch and stars Idris Elba, Vanessa Kirby and Helen Mirren.
Universal Pictures is set to release the flick on Aug. 2.
