The engaged pair, 52 and 49, shared a peck on the lips while they were out with the singer’s son Max Muniz, 14.

The bombshell multihyphenate pulled her honey blonde locks into a sleek ponytail and wore flared charcoal-colored jeans.

She donned a sleeveless, white, turtleneck top with her statement trousers and covered it with a long black cardigan.

The star wore stud earrings, a couple of bracelets, and her eye-popping engagement ring.

Lopez teamed her look with a pair of chunky, suede, black heels that had a 60s flair to them.

He layered it over a faded burgundy, crewneck graphic t-shirt and walked in a dark pair of sneakers.

Last month the pair reentered the market to buy a home after their previous deal for a $55 million abode fell through.

While it is unknown what caused the stars to back out of buying the last property, they have since been touring much more expensive homes in the same area.

They’ve made stops in Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, and Holmby Hills as they search for their dream mansion.

Weeks ago Lopez detailed her and Affleck’s intimate engagement in a newsletter shared to her website.

‘Did you ever imagine your biggest dream could come true?’ she wrote in her post. ‘Saturday night while at my favorite place on earth (in the bubble bath), my beautiful love got on one knee and proposed.

‘I was taken totally off guard and just looked in his eyes smiling and crying at the same time trying hard to get my head around the fact that after 20 years this was happening all over again, I was quite literally speechless and he said, ‘is that a yes?’ I said YES of course that’s a YES.
