f you had told us back in 2022, a simpler time when Sundays didn’t revolve around attempting to care about football, that Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes would be wandering around Zero Bond together, we’d have assumed you’d accidentally stumbled across some Swiftie x Kansas City Chiefs fanfic and mistakenly assumed it was news. But now Taylor is dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and has forged a close bond with Brittany—to the point where they’re attending games together, choreographing handshakes, and inducting Britt into Taylor’s Celeb Friend Hall of Fame. So clearly a timeline of this friendship is in order!*

A source tells Us Weekly that Taylor’s celebrity friends get along “amazingly with Brittany,” as well as her fellow Chiefs wives Paige Buechele and Lyndsay Bell, and that Taylor “absolutely has plans on hanging out all together again very soon.”

This insider also notes, “Taylor is loving her newfound friendships with the other wives and girlfriends of Travis’ teammates. She appreciates that they know how to have fun just like she does and she loves cheering Travis and the Chiefs on alongside all of them.”

Us Weekly speaks to a source who says that “Brittany is thrilled to be building a genuine friendship with Taylor. They’ve hung out a couple of times and have grown fairly close in a short period of time. Brittany thinks Taylor is so sweet, and down to earth, and they get along really great. The fact that Patrick and Travis are best friends makes things even better. They’re having a blast and love cheering on their men together.”
