Reports suggest positive news from Spain, indicating that Ancelotti is considering extending his contract with Real Madrid for an additional two years. In June 2021, Carlo Ancelotti left his position at Everton and returned to Real Madrid, signing a contract until 2024. On September 19, 2021, the Italian reached the milestone of 800 matches as a head coach with clubs from the top five European leagues.
