Selena Gomez ditches her dark locks and debuts fresh blonde highlights in new selfies shared on social media

Selena Gomez is rounding out the year with a new look.

The 31-year-old multihyphenate — who is currently in Paris — shared an updated hairstyle on her Instagram Stories on Sunday.

The naturally dark-haired beauty, who won a Billboard Music Award last week, traded the color for tasteful blonde highlights and a longer length.

The Texas native showed off the change with a center part and subtle, voluminous waves that cascaded over her chest.

The look was achieved with help from celebrity hair stylist Philipp Verheyen.

Posing in a black tweed blazer dress from Valentino, the megastar entertained her nearly 430 million followers with the sultry snaps.

One photo showed off her busty cleavage in the sexy outfit, styled by Erin Walsh.

In another snapshot she looked more demure, opting to wear a black camisole under the dress.

The designer outfit featured glinting stone trim and she rocked the look with emerald green eyeshadow.

Just last month, Gomez’s hair looked drastically different as she attended her inaugural Rare Impact Fund Benefit Supporting Youth Mental Health.

For the special occasion she looked chic with a raven bob haircut that was ironed straight.

Selena, who has had an illustrious career since she was a child, has switched up her hairstyles in the past.

She’s experimented with different lengths, textures, and colors before — back in 2019 she added honey blonde color to her hair in an ombre-style.

Verheyen introduced the Only Murder in the Building star’s new color on his Instagram over the weekend.

‘What an aura, what a woman, thank you for your trust and for having me in paris,’ he wrote.

While accepting her Billboard Music Award for best Afrobeats days ago with her dark hair styled in an updo, Selena expressed gratitude to her fans and collaborator, Rema.

‘Hi Billboard, thank you guys so so so much for this award,’ the singer-songwriter said in a pre-taped speech, released ahead of the show. ‘This is honestly REMA’s doing!’
