Sandra Bullock opts out of the Golden Globes red carpet but steals the spotlight on stage with a breathtaking gown while presenting the evening's ultimate award.

Sandra Bullock sure knows how to make an entrance.

Sandra Bullock decided to skip the buzzy arrivals line at the Golden Globes on Sunday, choosing instead to give her gown maximum impact on the awards stage itself when she appeared at the close of the ceremony to present the final award of Best Motion Picture – Drama.

Bullock, 55, positively shined in the strapless gown, which was made of subtly reflective textured gold fabric arranged in tastefully overlarge ruffles that cascaded down the front.

The asymmetrical hem of the grand dress revealed Sandra’s strappy gold footwear, and it also gave way to a voluminous train in the back.

The Blind Side actress wore layered gold chains around her neck, which she echoed in a bracelet in the same style.

Bullock wore her dark hair down around her face, parted at the middle and brushing her shoulders.

While she was last honored with a Globe (as well as an Oscar) in 2010 for her role in The Blind Side, the actress has enjoyed further considerable success of late, thanks to her hit 2018 Netflix film Bird Box.

In fact, she recently met with Netflix executives to sign on for another movie with the streaming giant.

On Sunday night, meanwhile, she handed out one of the biggest awards of the night to 1917, which clinched the award for Best Motion Picture – Drama.

Afterward, she proceeded to pose for pictures in the press room, where her golden gown stood out beautifully and strikingly against the blue background.

She also was seen at the Golden Globes after party with her buddy Jennifer Aniston, along with the divine Glenn Close.

In another snap, Sandra posed with Brad Pitt along with other industry insiders.

The next Netflix flick for Sandra is a yet-to-be-titled film opposite Viola Davis, in which Bullock will portray a woman released from prison who struggles to re-enter society.
