THEY’RE the most famous model family in the world, boasting three millionaire catwalk stars in Bella, Gigi and Anwar.
Now the Hadid family may have a new member – after dad Mohamed appeared to confirm the arrival of Gigi’s baby with Zayn Malik by posting a sweet note to his “little grandchild”.

The lucky tot will be raised in the lap of luxury, born into the third generation of the super-rich Hadids – after penniless refugee Mohamed amassed a £310m fortune.
The 71-year-old businessman, who built up a property empire in the US after fleeing war-torn Palestine, raised his family in an opulent mansion, complete with gold pillars and an underground Moroccan-inspired room with a secret bedroom.
Currently living in a more modest home, worth a mere £3.5million, he is building a 15-bedroom, 22-bathroom mansion in Bel Air – next the luxury pad Prince Harry and Meghan Markle rented when they first moved to LA.
But the businessman has also had his financial problems, being slapped with a bill of £1million in back taxes and running up against the authorities on his ‘illegal’ Bel Air build.

Developer Hadid, who split from second wife Yolanda in 2000, made his considerable fortune designing decadent homes for wealthy clients.
But the home he designed and built for himself, and where his famous kids grew up, is the most opulent of all.
The 35,000 sq ft Beverly Hills estate boasts a Parisian-style sitting room and a huge 16-seater dining room with crystal chandeliers.
The master suite alone is 5,000 sq ft – over half the size of an average UK home – and the house has a further six bedrooms on the first floor, as well as 14 bathrooms.
The basement has a cinema room with plush red sofas and pillars laden with gold leaf, a ballroom, a card room and a winery where devout Muslim Hadid built up a 5,000 bottle wine cellar – despite never having touched alcohol.
Hadid’s favourite space was the underground Moroccan room, decorated with silk pillows and candles, with a Turkish bath and a sliding wall which opens to reveal a secret soundproof bedroom.

“This room, specifically, was built totally in Morocco,” Hadid told Secret Lives of the Super Rich host Robert Frank. “It was sent over here to be assembled.”
Hadid – who moved to the States with his parents and six siblings when he was 14 – sold the Beverly Hills home in 2010 for £45million.
But his then-fiancee, Shiva Safai, 39, leased the house from the owners until the couple’s split in 2019 – over his alleged affair with a 26-year-old model.

The funds from the sale of the Beverly Hills home were ploughed into another dream project – a 15-bedroom megamansion in Bel Air.
Plans for the contemporary 30,000 sq ft building, set in 100 acres, include the biggest IMAX cinema ever installed in a home, a massive 7,000 sq ft master suite and a sushi bar.
The hilltop property, with stunning views over the Pacific Ocean, boasts 15 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and not one but TWO swimming pools.
The sprawling estate is next door to Tyler Perry’s £14m mansion, rented by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after they moved to the area in May.
But the luxury build had to be put on hold when Hadid ran into trouble with the LA Department of Building and Safety, who claimed he had violated building laws and revoked his permit.

The construction company, 901 Strada LLC, filed for bankruptcy with Hadid claiming he couldn’t afford to pay to demolish the mansion, which was set to be worth £80million.
In the meantime, Hadid is living in a relatively modest £3.5million house in Beverly Hills, which he calls his “cottage”.

As a young man, Hadid set up his first business in Washington, restoring and selling classic cars and his love of vintage motors hasn’t diminished.
Among his current collection is a 1956 Packard Caribbean Convertible and a vintage Chevrolet Bel Air.
He also owns a £35,000 Morgan 3-Wheeler, with twin engines and a Rolls Royce Wraith worth around £300,000.

His children have inherited his love of cars, with Bella telling Town and Country: “My father was into vintage cars growing up. He eventually sold them all except for one Chevrolet Bel Air so when I’m in LA I like to drive that one.”
She also said he favourite car was her mum’s Range Rover because it’s a “Good British brand and the Queen drives them too.”
Gigi also has a fleet of cars, including a Range Rover, Cadillac Escalad, an Audi Q7 and a £230,000 Ferrari FF.

As the latest member of the Hadid family, Gigi and Zayn’s baby will enjoy the same trappings of wealth its mother and her siblings had.
Gigi, who has an estimated worth of £22million, owns apartments in a fashionable New York building, and is planning to combine them into one penthouse flat.
The first, bought for £2.8million in 2015, is a two-bedroom, three bathroom flat with a chef’s kitchen.
The second unit, which cost £4.5million in 2018, is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom maisonette which includes a landscaped private terrace with a fire pit and barbecue grill.

The 25-year-old recently posted: “Spent all of last year designing and curating my passion project / dream spot.
“Of course it all came together right before quarantining out of the city…. but I’m excited for the time I’ll get to spend enjoying all the special corners that were made.”
In 2018 Zayn, worth £50million, sold his £3.5million house in North London and a £2.6million Bel Air mansion to move to New York.
He recently sold a four bedroom bachelor pad in Manhattan for £7.3million to move in with Gigi.

Like her sister, Bella’s chosen location is New York, where she has recently bought a swanky Manhattan penthouse.
The 2,180 square foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft apartment features a private roof terrace, built-in closets, and a back-lit wine room that can hold up to 100 bottles.
The apartment – in the same building as Zayn’s former apartment – also boasts a private terrace, stylish open plan living space and two large bedrooms.

When the girls want to escape the city, however, they can head for mum Yolanda’s Pennsylvania farmhouse.
The £4million estate, with 32 acres of land, is a homely but stylish ranch with several guest houses and a stable full of horses.
The farm also has chickens, goats, sheep and Scottish highland cattle.

The former star of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills – who divorced second husband David Foster in 2017 – says the farm is a retreat for the whole family.
“It’s where we can all come and feel like ourselves again,” she told Elle.
“When I’m here, I just get in my truck and go to the store. Kids get excited at the market, but they don’t take their phones out.
“They want us to feel normal, and that’s very appreciated.”
