General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Sneak Peek, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) realize they need a new strategy to take over ELQ.
They discuss coming up with one, only to be interrupted by Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) who’s at the door-and it’s showtime!
General Hospital Spoilers – The Return Of Ned Quartermaine’s Memories Messed Things Up
Drew and Michael had talked about taking over ELQ prior to Ned’s memories coming back-with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) busy with his daughter’s issues this would have been perfect timing.
Ned had only remembered himself as Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth for several months, and Drew just got out of prison so now would be the time to do the takeover.
There wouldn’t be anyone to make any objections and even Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is busy overseas settling Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) affairs.
But with the return of Ned’s memories, that messed things up because he won’t be so easily fooled or convinced.
As Eddie, he wouldn’t have cared about the family business and would have gladly pawned it off on Aurora.
GH Spoilers – A New Strategy Is Needed
Drew and Michael are in the Aurora Media office as Drew says now that Ned is Ned, they have to come up with a new game plan for ELQ. Michael says that hasn’t changed his mind, they still have to move forward of course.
Drew responds, saying of course, but it just might be easier said than done; Michael says that he knows. Michael says they have to what is best for the company; ELQ has been unstable for almost a year, between Valentin’s absence and Ned’s erratic behavior they’re still on shaky ground.
Valentin had been absent more than he had been at work, what with going to Greenland and helping look for Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) and now Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) trouble.
General Hospital Spoilers – The Plan Has To Change
Obviously, now the plan has to change, Drew reminding Michael that the whole plan was predicated on Eddie staying Eddie, and now he’s not, he’s back to being Ned.
They continue to talk about a new strategy and plan to brainstorm, but then the phone rings and Michael answers it.
It’s an internal call, the receptionist telling them that they have a visitor, and Michael says all right-send him up.
Michael says Ned’s here-and it’s showtime, so they’d better do some quick thinking and figure out what their strategy will be.
What they don’t expect is Ned is there to tell them some relevant information about the SEC charges-Michael already knows, Drew doesn’t.
